Pues atento a las siguientes recomendaciones:<\/p>\n<p>4. <strong>Balanced Scoreboard<\/strong>: Es una t\u00e9cnica para <strong>medir como est\u00e1 funcionando la empresa<\/strong> en general en comparaci\u00f3n a las metas que hemos definido para ese per\u00edodo fiscal. Los indicadores m\u00e1s importantes son el \u00edndice de satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente, la evoluci\u00f3n del equipo de trabajadores, la situaci\u00f3n financiera en general y tambi\u00e9n la mejora de los procesos internos.<\/p>\n<p>5. <strong>Ciclo PDCA<\/strong>: En este caso, hablamos de una herramienta dise\u00f1ada para <strong>eliminar los fallos en la producci\u00f3n<\/strong>, el desv\u00edo de nuestras pautas y la desorganizaci\u00f3n. El ciclo PDCA se enfoca en hacer una planificaci\u00f3n detallada, en la doble verificaci\u00f3n y en actuar cuanto antes para mejorar los procesos de tu negocio.<\/p>\n<p>6. <strong>Monitoriza a la competencia<\/strong>: Con un an\u00e1lisis de mercado com\u00fan y corriente no basta. La competencia evoluciona y cambia a diario, <strong>necesitamos saber cada d\u00eda si se producen cambios que puedan afectar a nuestro negocio<\/strong> tanto a corto como a largo plazo.
