Y, lo que en un primer momento solo parece una lista, es en realidad una gu\u00eda que nos indica <strong>cuando es el mejor momento para invertir en nuestro propio negocio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Del mismo modo que en 2008 la econom\u00eda mundial provoc\u00f3 que el cr\u00e9dito a las empresas y peque\u00f1os negocios se contrajera, ahora los <strong>buenos resultados del turismo<\/strong>, el saneamiento de la banca, la reestructuraci\u00f3n del gasto p\u00fablico, el aumento del precio de la vivienda y del alquiler, as\u00ed como una <strong>subida importante del consumo de las familias<\/strong> hacen que el valor de la \u201cmarca Espa\u00f1a\u201d se est\u00e9 disparando.<\/p>\n<p>Si tienes un <strong>peque\u00f1o negocio<\/strong> y llevas tiempo valorando cuando es el momento para <strong>invertir en un local m\u00e1s grande<\/strong>, quieres <strong>montar tu propia franquicia<\/strong> o simplemente quieres saber si podr\u00e1s recuperar una inversi\u00f3n despu\u00e9s de digitalizar tu empresa, los datos macro y microecon\u00f3micos nos dicen que s\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Una de las cosas m\u00e1s curiosas que refleja Brand Finance es la disparidad que existe entre la percepci\u00f3n que tenemos los espa\u00f1oles sobre la situaci\u00f3n de Espa\u00f1a y la que tiene el inversor extranjero.
