{"id":8724,"date":"2019-05-17T14:57:50","date_gmt":"2019-05-17T12:57:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cashlogy.com\/?p=8724"},"modified":"2019-05-17T14:57:50","modified_gmt":"2019-05-17T12:57:50","slug":"consejos-darle-vida-pequeno-negocio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cashlogy.com\/es\/consejos-darle-vida-pequeno-negocio\/","title":{"rendered":"Diferencias entre diversificar y reestructurar tu negocio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En muchas ocasiones os hemos hablado sobre las ventajas de <strong>diversificar tu negocio para conseguir m\u00e1s ingreso<\/strong>s y proteger tu inversi\u00f3n frente a imprevistos.<!--more--> Hoy vamos a tratar de un tema completamente diferente, queremos analizar contigo lo que significa una <strong>\u201creestructuraci\u00f3n de negocio\u201d<\/strong> y las diferencias entre ambos.<\/p>\n<p>La palabra diversificar significa \u201cconvertir en m\u00faltiple y diverso\u201d y es una estrategia perfecta para los negocios que necesitan crecer, atraer un mayor amplio espectro de clientes o que quieren dejar de ser dependientes de un producto o servicio en particular ante posibles cambios en la rentabilidad del mismo.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, reestructurar un negocio es la acci\u00f3n de <strong>\u201cmodificar la estructura de una empresa\u201d<\/strong> para reducir gastos, mejorar su funcionamiento y hacerla m\u00e1s rentable. En ambos casos el fin es el mismo, pero se parte desde situaciones distintas.<\/p>\n<p>Saber cu\u00e1ndo un negocio necesita una reestructuraci\u00f3n no es dif\u00edcil de ver.
