Adem\u00e1s, <b>el consumidor est\u00e1 cambiando debido a internet, volvi\u00e9ndose m\u00e1s exigente<\/b> y esperando un servicio de atenci\u00f3n al cliente excelente.<!--more--><span id=\"more-525\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>1. No ignores a los clientes: <\/b>Los clientes que acuden a una tienda f\u00edsica en vez de comprar por internet es porque esperan dos cosas: 1. Ver el producto en persona; 2. Recibir el asesoramiento de un trabajador. Por este motivo, hay que evitar a toda costa que los clientes que entren a la tienda pierdan su tiempo buscando donde hay un empleado disponible.<\/p>\n<p><b>2. Modifica tu estrategia de venta: <\/b>A pesar de que las tiendas peque\u00f1as no tienen los m\u00e1rgenes operativos tan amplios como las grandes superficies, hemos llegado a tal punto de competitividad que la \u00fanica soluci\u00f3n para seguir al mismo nivel que las grandes cadenas de distribuci\u00f3n es la de modificar nuestra estrategia de ventas y volvernos m\u00e1s agresivos. Crear promociones frecuentes, descuentos diarios en ciertos productos, o un <b>sistema de recompensa para los clientes m\u00e1s fieles<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b>3. Reduce los tiempos de espera: <\/b>Como consumidor, m\u00e1s de una vez te habr\u00e1 pasado que has ido a una tienda y hay tanta cola de espera que has preferido irte y posponer la compra. En muchos de estos casos los clientes se van a otros comercios similares, por lo que si no contamos con una buena planificaci\u00f3n perderemos ingresos.<\/p>\n<p>Una de las mejores formas para <b>reducir los tiempos de espera en cola<\/b> y, a su vez, permitir que los empleados tengan m\u00e1s tiempo libre para potenciar el trato con el cliente, es el sistema de cobro <b>Cashlogy<\/b>, que cobra de forma autom\u00e1tica y le devuelve el cambio exacto a los clientes.<\/p>\n<p><b>4. Invierte esfuerzo en todos los clientes: <\/b>Uno de los mayores errores que se cometen es el de juzgar a los clientes por su aspecto. La sociedad ha cambiado tanto en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os que no podemos seguir gui\u00e1ndonos por el patr\u00f3n de siempre. Aconsejar hoy a cada cliente, incluso si percibimos que no est\u00e1 interesado en comprar, puede hacernos ganar a un cliente fiel ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n<p><b>5. Saluda a todos los clientes cuando entren: <\/b>Si hay algo que nos sigue gustando es sentirnos bien recibidos cuando llegamos a un sitio.
