{"id":8602,"date":"2019-03-15T11:47:49","date_gmt":"2019-03-15T09:47:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cashlogy.com\/?p=8602"},"modified":"2019-03-15T11:47:49","modified_gmt":"2019-03-15T09:47:49","slug":"ue-protege-pequenos-negocios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cashlogy.com\/es\/ue-protege-pequenos-negocios\/","title":{"rendered":"La Uni\u00f3n Europea protege a los peque\u00f1os negocios frente a los gigantes tecnol\u00f3gicos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Comisi\u00f3n Europea quiere acabar con las pr\u00e1cticas abusivas de los grandes retailers online y ha creado <strong>un reglamento sobre la equidad con el fin de proteger a los peque\u00f1os negocios<\/strong>.<!--more--> La competencia desleal y el abuso de posici\u00f3n est\u00e1 destruyendo a los comercios m\u00e1s d\u00e9biles, as\u00ed que la UE ha iniciado un proceso legislativo para igualar la balanza.<\/p>\n<p>En 2017 ya vimos un precedente de la posici\u00f3n de la UE con la multa a Google Shopping, pero no ha sido hasta este a\u00f1o cuando hemos visto que se han puesto las pilas y el \u201cReglamento sobre el fomento de la equidad y la transparencia para las empresas que utilizan servicios de intermediaci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea\u201d se est\u00e1 aplicando de forma contundente.<\/p>\n<p>Y es que, <strong>los peque\u00f1os comercios ven como no pueden competir con grandes corporaciones<\/strong> que tienen los recursos para desplazarlos fuera del casco hist\u00f3rico. Suben el precio de los alquileres de los locales comerciales, compiten en precio, ampl\u00edan el horario comercial, a\u00f1aden servicios asociados, y muchas veces se las ingenian para vender productos por debajo del coste real, una pr\u00e1ctica prohibida en Espa\u00f1a, pero muy dif\u00edcil de perseguir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo puede una tienda de alimentaci\u00f3n competir con un supermercado online que te vende el cart\u00f3n de leche a 30 c\u00e9ntimos para llamar la atenci\u00f3n del p\u00fablico? <strong>Los grandes comercios tienen la capacidad de asumir las p\u00e9rdidas<\/strong> y les compensa m\u00e1s pagar la multa de la Administraci\u00f3n que parar de hacerlo.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de poco veremos si el comercio en general vuelve a encontrar el equilibrio y todos disfrutamos de la <strong>equidad en el entorno empresarial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":17,"featured_media":8603,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[8],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-8602","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-pequeno-comercio"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
