{"id":7041,"date":"2018-12-07T12:12:27","date_gmt":"2018-12-07T10:12:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cashlogy.com\/?p=7041"},"modified":"2018-12-07T12:13:55","modified_gmt":"2018-12-07T10:13:55","slug":"aumenta-numero-mujeres-crean-propia-empresa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cashlogy.com\/es\/aumenta-numero-mujeres-crean-propia-empresa\/","title":{"rendered":"Aumenta el n\u00famero de mujeres que crean su propia empresa en Espa\u00f1a"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Seg\u00fan el estudio llevado a cabo por <em>ThePowerMBA<\/em>, El 64% de las mujeres quieren <strong>montar su propia empresa tras formarse en un negocio del sector previamente<\/strong>, a pesar de las pocas facilidades que existen hoy en d\u00eda.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Estos datos arrojan que la progresi\u00f3n aumenta con 5 a\u00f1os vista, en los que se ver\u00e1n <strong>m\u00e1s negocios dirigidos por mujeres<\/strong>, ya que el n\u00famero de alumnas matriculadas en cursos, m\u00e1steres y formaci\u00f3n en programas de negocios online ha crecido bastante en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00fan con esto, las <strong>diferencias sociolaborales entre mujeres y hombres son visibles y evidentes<\/strong>. La gran mayor\u00eda de las empresas son dirigidas por hombres y todo lo relacionado con los derechos laborales de la mujer est\u00e1n en proceso de cambio, ya que no son justos en varios aspectos (bajas por maternidad, sueldos, ayudas para el emprendimiento, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>Dos tercios de las mujeres encuestadas en este estudio afirman que la <strong>maternidad y la llamada \u201cconciliaci\u00f3n familiar\u201d<\/strong> son las principales causas por las que las mujeres son minor\u00eda en el \u00e1mbito de la peque\u00f1a empresa.<\/p>\n<p>El estudio realizado por <em>ThePowerMBA<\/em> muestra que el 84% de las mujeres que realizan los cursos de negocio online oscilan entre los 30 y los 37 a\u00f1os, tienen en su <strong>curriculum estudios superiores y tienen como pretensi\u00f3n la creaci\u00f3n de una empresa o negocio en 5 a\u00f1os<\/strong>. Y las cifras aumentan a 10 a\u00f1os vista.<\/p>\n<p>Mujeres bien formadas, con pretensiones y actitudes para el emprendimiento que se van a abrir hueco y van a alzar a sus negocios a lo m\u00e1s alto, gracias a todo lo que se est\u00e1 generando en nuestra sociedad, respecto al <strong>lugar que la mujer debe ocupar en la econom\u00eda de un pa\u00eds<\/strong> tan diversificado como Espa\u00f1a.
