Ahora mismo tenemos <strong>herramientas para monitorizar la satisfacci\u00f3n de los clientes<\/strong>, podemos rastrear y ver su comportamiento dentro de una tienda f\u00edsica o la tienda online, crear patrones de conducta o incluso predecir ventas al combinar distintas bases de datos con un algoritmo dedicado.<\/p>\n<p>Conceptos como el \u201ccustomer journey\u201d, \u201cKPIs\u201d para medir el \u00e9xito, el \u201cCRM\u201d o la \u201cautomatizaci\u00f3n\u201d de las ventas son clave para <strong>adaptar tu inversi\u00f3n en marketing a la realidad de nuestro tiempo<\/strong>. Ya no sirve crear una campa\u00f1a medi\u00e1tica en televisi\u00f3n porque sus audiencias han ca\u00eddo en picado en numerosos grupos que prefieren el streaming y, del mismo modo, canales tradicionales como las revistas de papel tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n quedando fuera del radar de las nuevas generaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Gracias a la publicidad segmentada que proporcionan algunos gestores cualquier negocio, por peque\u00f1o que sea, tiene la oportunidad de hacer pruebas y de estudiar las reacciones de sus clientes frente a una campa\u00f1a u otra.
