{"id":6379,"date":"2018-05-07T16:16:53","date_gmt":"2018-05-07T14:16:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cashlogy.com\/?p=6379"},"modified":"2018-05-07T16:16:53","modified_gmt":"2018-05-07T14:16:53","slug":"genera-ingresos-pasivos-negocio-ii","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cashlogy.com\/es\/genera-ingresos-pasivos-negocio-ii\/","title":{"rendered":"Genera ingresos pasivos para tu negocio (II)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La semana pasada os hablamos brevemente de la importancia de conseguir ingresos pasivos, tanto para <strong>diversificar los ingresos de tu negocio<\/strong> como para asegurar tu salud financiera a largo plazo.<!--more--> Tambi\u00e9n vimos algunas ideas como el alquiler, la inversi\u00f3n en bolsa, los intereses financieros o la creaci\u00f3n de franquicias.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy, sin embargo, vamos a centrarnos en el concepto puro de \u201cnegocio pasivo\u201d y de factores externos como la inflaci\u00f3n o los impuestos. <strong>Elementos que afectan seriamente a las cuentas de resultados de tu a\u00f1o fiscal<\/strong> y que te pueden hacer dudar si la gesti\u00f3n de tu negocio es eficiente o no.<\/p>\n<p>Hay personas que tienen la finalidad de <strong>conseguir una cantidad de ingresos pasivos lo suficientemente alta como para dejar de trabajar<\/strong> y, si bien es cierto que esto es posible, requiere de una disciplina financiera y unos conocimientos del mercado que no todo el mundo tiene.<\/p>\n<p>De igual modo que al invertir en un fondo de pensiones tenemos que analizar a largo plazo los intereses, el riesgo, la estabilidad pol\u00edtica de nuestro pa\u00eds, la solvencia de la entidad donde contratamos el producto o la inflaci\u00f3n media anual para saber si nos resulta interesante, cuando vamos a<strong> invertir en algo que genere ingresos pasivos<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n tenemos que empezar a hacer c\u00e1lculos detallados.<\/p>\n<p>Espa\u00f1a tiene un <strong>sistema de impuestos donde se penaliza a las personas que obtienen ingresos de m\u00faltiples fuentes<\/strong> y en muchas ocasiones los n\u00fameros finales no salen.
