Para ello, ya introdujo hace poco un nuevo billete de 5 libras hecho de pl\u00e1stico, muy dif\u00edcil de romper, y con m\u00faltiples medidas de seguridad secretas. Ahora, es el turno de los billetes de 10 libras.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Esta iniciativa del BoE, llamada <strong><em>\u201cBanknote Checking Scheme\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, tiene la intenci\u00f3n de promover el uso de detectores de billetes falsos en los comercios peque\u00f1os. Y es que, si bien es cierto que los centros comerciales y las grandes franquicias ya los usan, el grueso de los negocios de barrio no suele tomar ning\u00fan tipo de medida para protegerse.<\/p>\n<p>Este <strong>enfoque en la formaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, se\u00f1alando los problemas m\u00e1s comunes y los puntos clave para la detecci\u00f3n de papel moneda falso, ser\u00e1 complementada con un organismo espec\u00edfico al que podr\u00e1n dirigirse todos los comerciantes afectados para que el Banco de Inglaterra tome cartas en el asunto.<\/p>\n<p>Otro de los factores que se quieren potenciar es la relaci\u00f3n de los bancos locales con los comercios. Se quiere<strong> recuperar la relaci\u00f3n que hab\u00eda antes<\/strong> en las ciudades peque\u00f1as, donde cada persona acud\u00eda a un asesor bancario de confianza y a la que pod\u00eda pedir ayuda cuando se detectan este tipo de problemas.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f3lo entre finales de 2016 y hasta junio de 2017<strong> se detectaron m\u00e1s de 237.000 billetes falsos en Reino Unido con un valor de 4,8 millones de libras<\/strong>.
