{"id":13211,"date":"2022-05-27T09:20:39","date_gmt":"2022-05-27T07:20:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cashlogy.com\/?p=13211"},"modified":"2022-05-27T09:21:18","modified_gmt":"2022-05-27T07:21:18","slug":"inflacion-sector-horeca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cashlogy.com\/es\/inflacion-sector-horeca\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfC\u00f3mo afecta la inflaci\u00f3n en el sector HORECA?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En mitad de una crisis sin precedentes, la<strong> inflaci\u00f3n en el sector HORECA<\/strong> es una realidad que nadie puede ocultar y que se ha convertido en la preocupaci\u00f3n principal del sector.<\/p>\n<p>A d\u00eda de hoy los <strong>precios en el sector HORECA<\/strong> de Espa\u00f1a se han incrementado por encima del 8,4% (datos aportados por Delectatech). En un desglose m\u00e1s detallado encontramos que los productos m\u00e1s afectados han sido los bocadillos con un 8,55%, los postres y dulces con un 5,27% o el pescado con un 2,08%.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pero el problema no se queda aqu\u00ed, hasta ahora muchos fabricantes han contenido los precios porque ten\u00edan reservas de materias o porque han reducido a la tan pol\u00e9mica \u201cshrinkflaci\u00f3n\u201d (el fabricante reduce el tama\u00f1o del producto en vez de subir el precio). Y, teniendo en cuenta que el precio del trigo se ha disparado un 39%, los l\u00e1cteos un 10% y otras materias primas al 70%, parece que la<strong> inflaci\u00f3n en el sector HORECA<\/strong> atraviesa una crisis compleja.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s del aumento del coste de las materias primas, los fabricantes de alimentos, la restauraci\u00f3n y los<strong> peque\u00f1os negocios<\/strong> tienen que hacer frente a la <strong>subida del precio de la factura el\u00e9ctrica.<\/strong> El aumento del coste de la energ\u00eda es tal que negocios como las panader\u00edas y las pasteler\u00edas han comenzado a operar en horario nocturno para reducir el consumo el\u00e9ctrico de los hornos en horario de m\u00e1ximo coste.<\/p>\n<p>Es complicado saber qu\u00e9 pasar\u00e1 a corto o medio plazo porque la crisis energ\u00e9tica y la guerra entre Rusia y Ucrania han volatilizado la estabilidad del mercado global.
