{"id":12956,"date":"2022-03-22T12:20:51","date_gmt":"2022-03-22T10:20:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cashlogy.com\/?p=12956"},"modified":"2022-03-08T13:33:45","modified_gmt":"2022-03-08T11:33:45","slug":"registro-horario-obligatorio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cashlogy.com\/es\/registro-horario-obligatorio\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfEs el registro de horario obligatorio para trabajadores?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tras la entrada en vigor del Real Decreto 8\/2019, de 8 de marzo de 2019, todas las empresas\u00a0 tienen que hacer un <\/span><b>registro de horario obligatorio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de sus trabajadores. Una medida que naci\u00f3 para frenar el descontrol de las horas extras y los pagos sin declarar o, en el peor de los casos, el abuso de las horas extras sin cobrar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><b>registro del horario laboral <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tiene que hacer de forma individual al inicio y al finalizar la jornada. Las pausas del trabajo no es obligatorio registrarlas pero se recomienda hacerlo para tener el m\u00e1ximo de informaci\u00f3n y detalle de cara a futuras inspecciones ya que, a d\u00eda de hoy, las <\/span><b>multas por infracciones en la normativa del registro de horario<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> superan los 16 millones de euros en 9.000 expedientes.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un dato importante sobre el <\/span><b>registro de horario de los trabajadores<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es que la ley no especifica el formato por lo que no tiene que ser a trav\u00e9s de un medio electr\u00f3nico si no se cuenta con los medios suficientes para invertir en ese tipo de infraestructura. Si tienes un peque\u00f1o negocio, con llevar un registro a mano es suficiente. El \u00fanico requisito es que el sistema elegido no puede costar dinero a los trabajadores en ning\u00fan caso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uno de los errores m\u00e1s comunes es confundir el <\/span><b>registro de horario en papel <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">con las hojas de cuadrantes con los turnos de la plantilla.
